Service Terms
Alkatech is a commercial brand of Ikigai Quantum, S.L.
These terms describe the general framework for professional services. The website does not provide online contracting, SaaS signup, online payment or direct purchase.
Provider
Services offered under the Alkatech brand are provided by Ikigai Quantum, S.L. Alkatech is not a separate company.
Services covered
- Automation and artificial intelligence consulting.
- Design, development, modernisation and maintenance of software and websites.
- Digital strategy, digital marketing, analytics and campaign management.
- Coordination of initiatives with influencers, creators or collaborators when included in the project.
Engagement
Services will be formalised through a proposal, quote, purchase order, contract, framework agreement or equivalent document accepted by the parties.
Each project should define scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment terms, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria and any specific conditions.
Client collaboration
The client must provide information, access, materials, approvals and feedback required to perform the service. Delays caused by lack of collaboration may affect timelines and deliverables.
Intellectual property and deliverable use
Ownership and rights of use over software, content, campaigns, creative assets, automations, models, documentation or materials will be determined in the applicable proposal or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, Ikigai Quantum, S.L. tools, methodologies, know-how, reusable components and pre-existing libraries remain its property.
Reasonable limitations
Ikigai Quantum, S.L. will provide services with professional diligence. Results from campaigns, automations, AI or marketing may depend on data, platforms, providers, user behaviour and external factors.
Any service level, specific warranty or penalty must be expressly included in the applicable proposal or contract.
